Service Assurance (Re-service)
If the same pest returns in the same treated areas within 30 days of your service, contact us and we’ll arrange one follow-up visit to reassess and apply a suitable re-treatment at no labour charge, subject to the conditions below.
Conditions
- Applies only to the pest(s) listed on your service report and the areas we treated
- Reasonable access must be provided to relevant areas for the follow-up visit
- Site recommendations/after-care steps (if provided) must be followed
Not covered
- New or unrelated pest issues, or activity in untreated/new areas
- Re-infestation driven by factors outside our control (e.g., neighbouring activity, incoming stock/deliveries, changes to waste or storage practices, weather events)
- Issues requiring building proofing/repairs, housekeeping, or storage/waste improvements that haven’t been completed
- Termites, birds, or bed bugs (unless specifically quoted in writing)
- Areas we couldn’t access or treat safely at the time of service
If additional work or materials are needed outside the original scope, we’ll quote and get approval before proceeding.
This Service Assurance is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
